Insurance Reminder

The deductible for the Association’s insurance policy is $12,500. This is the homeowner’s responsibility. When Purchasing Homeowners Insurance, be sure that your policy has coverage for HO6 all perils coverage. Should you have an insurance claim, the following is the proper procedure.
  1. Notify the Management Office in writing of the date and time of the incident.
  2. Contact your homeowner’s insurance to report the claim.

When the claim is over $12,500, the Association’s policy will cover that amount. If you have any questions as to whether or not you are covered for the $12,500 on your homeowner’s policy, please contact your insurance agent.
